SHIPPING 

We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order.

DELIVERY CHARGES - All orders are delivered at actuals. 

DELIVERY TIME  - This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 4 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays).

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item. To change an Item/Order you have to cancel the existing order and place a new order. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled We currently do not have the facility to Exchange an item. You can place a return request & place a new order To RETURN you shall courier us the item. Courier charges will be bear by you on the return of items. Packing Instructions will be sent to you through e-mail.

 When the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled, returns are not possible. Return needs to initiate within 15 days from the date of delivery.Items of the order are used.The tags of the items are removedRefunds would be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse/Store and the quality check is complete.For Credit Card/Net Banking, refunds will be done through the payment gateway. It typically takes 3 to 5 days for refunds to reflect into your account which is completely dependent on the bank.
